Answer
Why does ChatGPT give me generic answers about my business?
ChatGPT gives generic answers because it doesn't know your business yet. Nobody loaded in your rules or the way your business runs. Fix it with two files. A People list tells it who's a client, a supplier or your team. A one-page My Voice guide, built from your last 50 sent emails, teaches it how you write. Keep both in a Project, a folder in ChatGPT or Claude that every chat in it reads.

How to do it
- Make a People list: a table telling your AI who's a client, a supplier or your team.
- Have it read your last 50 sent emails and write a one-page guide to how you write. I call mine My Voice.
- Put both in a Project. In these apps, a Project is a folder that keeps the same files and instructions for every chat in it.
- Give it one correct example of the work, and one result it should reject.
- When you ask it to write to someone, say: look them up in People first.
- Every time you fix an answer, tell it why, and add the fix to your guide.
