The Session guarantee

Bring one workflow and its sample files. If you don't leave with a first version running on your own account, I keep building with you free until it runs. Or I refund in full. Your choice.

Cancel or reschedule a Session

Cancel at least 48 hours before your Session for a full refund.

You can reschedule once for free with 24 hours' notice.

Use the link in your booking email, or email me.

Missed Sessions

If you're more than 15 minutes late, the Session counts as missed.

After a first missed Session, you can rebook once within 30 days. After a second, the Session counts as used.

If I cancel or miss

You choose: a new time or a full refund.

Certified Payroll Review

Full refund any time before I start the review.

After I deliver, if I missed something the written scope covers, I fix it or refund you.

AI Champion Certification

Full refund before the program starts, and up to its halfway point.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

I send them within 5 business days of approving them. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
