Video answer
What happens now when an email hits your inbox?
Here's how I work my email now. Last week I got 581 emails and maybe only about 150 of them needed me. The rest were junk, FYIs, or meant for somebody else. Three quick steps that you can do today. Step one, in Claude or in ChatGPT, in the app on your phone or on your computer, go in and hook up the Gmail connector.

Are you still typing out your email replies by hand and still doing the research and digging through old threads manually to find what you're looking for?
What if I told you there's a better way?
Let me show you how it went from spending four hours a day on email to just hitting send.
I run operations for a construction company in New York. Payroll, sales, putting out fires, making sure production's going well.
If a big part of your job is coordinating information or keeping the trains running on time, pay attention.

Three quick steps that you can do today.
Step one, in Claude or in ChatGPT, in the app on your phone or on your computer, go in and hook up the Gmail connector.
Step two, tell ChatGPT or Claude to triage your inbox and find anything that needs you.
Step three, have it draft your replies, see how it responds.
Now each email shows up with the thread, the attachments, everyone that's CC'd, and all of the information in one place for me to look at and review.
I also even have my system check on WhatsApp, Slack, and iMessage to compile all of the information together so I don't have to go chasing anything.
Then I go through everything that my AI brings back and tell it.
Send, delete, clear. No reply goes out until I say so.
I call this entire system Jarvis.
