How do you get a priced proposal into a client's hands the same day you walk the job?

Sometimes it would take us days to get a proposal over to a client. Now I can walk a job at 8 a.m., take my before photos, get those photos fully rendered, price out the job based on the measurements that I took, and have a proposal in the hands of my clients by 2 p.m.

So how does this work? Well, while I'm doing my walkthrough, I'm taking measurements, square footages, linear footages, I'm taking before photos. And then what I do is I load all of the before pictures and all of the measurements into Claude.

It uses the pricing engine that I've created based on historical data to give me a price, which then my estimating team checks just to make sure everything's correct.

I take the before photos and my AI creates a 3D rendering of what the finished product would look like so that the customer can have the wow moment.

Too many tech bros talk about AI and there's not enough operators out there showing how they actually use AI in their business.
