Answer
Can AI give me a short list each morning of what needs my attention?
Claude or ChatGPT can give you a short list each morning of what needs your attention. Connect Gmail or Outlook in the app's connectors, then run the morning prompt from my free email guide. Each email that needs you comes back as a card with a draft reply, marked red, yellow or green. Red means act today: money, legal, an unhappy customer or a deadline. You make the calls.

How to do it
- Set up the email sorting in my free email guide.
- Each morning, run the morning run prompt in your Email Project. Each email that needs you comes back as a card with a draft reply.
- Cards are marked red, yellow or green. Red means act today: money, legal, an unhappy customer or a deadline.
- Connect your calendar and your task list, read-only at first, so the page shows today's calendar and your open tasks.
- Read the list, make the calls and approve the exceptions.
