A construction proposal can reach a client the same day when Claude, an AI assistant like ChatGPT, prices it from your past jobs. It used to take us days. Now I walk a job at 8 a.m. and load the before photos and measurements into Claude. By 2 p.m., the job is priced, the photos are rendered and the proposal is in my client's hands. My estimating team checks the price first.

How to do it
- Walk the job. Take measurements, square footages, linear footages and before photos.
- Load them into Claude, and price the job from your own past jobs.
- Have the AI render the before photos into the finished space, so the client sees what they're paying for.
- Have your estimating team check the price.
